What we collect, why we keep it, and how to change your mind.

Helm Crew Pte. Ltd., operating as Applied Instinct
What we collect
Your name and email address, when you join the free series, ask to hear about a workshop or template, or enquire about working together.
Anything you write to us when you get in touch.
Why we collect it
To send the series or the resource you asked for, to reply when you write, and to improve what we offer.
We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with others for their marketing.
We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Who else sees it
Kit sends the emails. Kit stores subscriber details in the United States. If you open a Kit page for a workshop or template, that page belongs to Kit, and Kit's own notice applies there.
Notion holds the list of people waiting to hear about a workshop or template, and enquiries about team workshops. Notion stores that list in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for a series or a resource until you unsubscribe. Then we take you off that list.
We keep enquiry details long enough to reply and follow up, then we delete them.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and the series or the resource emails will stop.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Email privacy@appliedinstinct.co.
How we look after it
We take reasonable care to protect what we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and use it for the reasons on this page.
Updates
We may update this notice. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
